Too many organisations feel pressure to act on AI without a clarity on what they’re trying to achieve, or how to bring their people with them.

I advise senior leaders in healthcare and life sciences on strategy, AI, and innovation.
I help teams turn ambition into clear priorities, practical change programs, and delivery that can be owned and measured.

Background

Helen Stewart

Global Healthcare Innovation | Strategic Advisor | Women’s Health Advocate | ex-IQVIA | INSEAD MBA

After more than twenty years in pharma, clinical research and IQVIA, and several years advising startups, I now focus on bridging complex organisations with innovators, so that new technologies translate into lasting results.

I enjoy structuring complex problems, connecting the right people and ideas, and staying close to delivery so that value is realised on all sides.

What I care about

I’ve been conscious of bias against women since childhood, and I have experienced it first-hand in our healthcare system. I care about closing the women’s health gap, with a focus on data bias and how AI and data-driven tools are designed and used in healthcare.

Outside work

My happy place is in the mountains or somewhere wild, skiing, running or hiking.

Movement clears my head and helps me find new ideas. I also love bringing friends together from different cultures and backgrounds, often over a long meal or on a shared trip, and watching new connections form.

If you’re making decisions on strategy or AI implementation, and need a clear direction for your teams to follow, I'd love to talk.
